"Pubei Gaomai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd." is a major iconic project in the industrial transformation of the town of longevity. After completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 50,000 new energy power trucks with a total investment of 3.5 billion yuan. The fully automated production line for the production of the core component of new energy trucks, the power battery pack, was built by Suzhou Dexingyun Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. This is also the second cooperation between Suzhou Dexingyun and Gaomai.
The production line is composed of a module assembly line + Pack box assembly line. The module assembly line is composed of 9 robots' mutual cooperation and 2 material AGV dispatching, which realizes fully automated production from battery cell online to module molding offline. PACK box body The assembly line uses AGV as the transportation carrier, combined with MES system scheduling, to realize the intelligent operation of the workshop. The design cycle of the whole line is 50s/moudle, and its daily production capacity can reach 150 battery packs. The project lasted only 140 days from design, production, installation, commissioning to final production. This cooperation not only reflects the efficient work efficiency of De Nebulas, but also perfectly demonstrates De Nebulas' excellent design and construction capabilities.
